Presbyterian talks about a way we live together as God's people.
We believe that the church is ONE, all those who seek to live out their commitment to Jesus Christ. And that if we work together we can do more for the Kingdom of God. And so we build a unity of mission.
We believe that we live together in a representative form of government. That the best (not only) way for God's people to work together is without a hierarchy, but by electing those people who we trust to guide us in the way of God (elders and Ministers of the Word and Sacrament) to discern where God is going, and to help us go in that direction.
We believe that the church is never perfect, but as we are reformed, we also have to be always reforming to bring good news to the day and time God has put us in.
